Stuffify designs and sells unique 3D-printed products — home decor, desk accessories, organizers, gifting items, and custom-made products. Each item is made-to-order or shipped from our limited catalog inventory.

a) Catalog products — confirmed instantly upon successful payment.

b) Custom / print-on-demand orders — confirmed only after manual review and acceptance by our team via email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any custom order at our discretion.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier partner and your location. Stuffify isn't responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or any factor beyond our reasonable control.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable charges shown at checkout.
• GST is currently not applicable as Stuffify operates as a proprietorship below the GST threshold.
• We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
• Orders below ₹599 incur a flat shipping charge shown at checkout.
• Priority shipping is available at an additional ₹100 over standard.

Stuffify's product designs are a mix of original creations and open-source / community-licensed designs.

• Original designs are the sole IP of Stuffify. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
• Open-source designs are credited to their creators and used per their licenses.
• The Stuffify brand name, logo, taglines, website content, and product photography are exclusive property of Stuffify.

By using stuffify.in, you agree NOT to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Submit false, misleading, or stolen payment information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the website or other users
• Copy, scrape, or republish any content without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block users who violate these terms.

We display product colors, dimensions, and finishes as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of 3D printing and display variations, minor differences in color, layer texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or return.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stuffify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of stuffify.in constitutes acceptance.
